    Copper Tongue Scraper

A beautifully simple ritual for a cleaner-feeling tongue and refreshed mouth.

The Seruvia Copper Tongue Scraper is a reusable U-shaped oral-care tool designed to gently lift coating and everyday debris from the tongue’s surface. Crafted from pure copper with two easy-hold handles and a smooth scraping edge, it complements brushing and interdental cleaning without adding complexity to your routine.

    Pure Copper Reusable Material
    12.8 cm Approximate Length
    3–5 Gentle Strokes
    Daily Personal Ritual

    Removes Surface Coating

Gentle mechanical scraping helps lift visible coating and everyday debris from the upper surface of the tongue.

    Supports Fresher Breath

Removing tongue coating may help reduce the compounds associated with oral malodour and leave the mouth feeling fresher, particularly in the short term.

    Balanced Two-Hand Control

Twin grip handles give you control over the scraper’s position and pressure for a slow, even forward stroke.

    Durable Copper Construction

The reusable copper design offers a lasting alternative to disposable tongue-care tools. Natural darkening and patina can develop over time.

    Completes Your Routine

Use alongside twice-daily toothbrushing and regular interdental cleaning for a more complete oral-care ritual. It does not replace either essential step.

    A Gentle Daily Ritual

    Clean First

Rinse the scraper before use and make sure the edge feels smooth and free from damage.

    Light Pressure

Use only enough pressure to lift surface coating. Scraping should never feel sharp, painful or abrasive.

    Back to Front

Place the curve as far back as is comfortable and draw it slowly forward toward the tongue tip.

    Rinse & Dry

Wash the scraper after every use, dry it fully and store it in a clean, dry place.

    How to Use

    1. Before first use, wash the scraper with warm water and mild soap, rinse it thoroughly and dry it with a clean cloth.

    2. Hold one handle in each hand and extend your tongue comfortably over the lower lip.

    3. Place the rounded scraping edge toward the middle or back of the tongue—only as far as feels comfortable. Do not trigger or fight a strong gag reflex.

    4. With very light, even pressure, pull the scraper forward in one smooth movement toward the tongue tip. Never push debris toward the back of the mouth.

    5. Rinse the scraper between passes and repeat three to five times, or fewer if the tongue already feels clean.

    6. Stop immediately if scraping causes pain, bleeding, a burning sensation or visible injury. Effective tongue care does not require force.

    7. Rinse your mouth and continue with your normal brushing and interdental-cleaning routine.

    8. Wash the scraper with warm water and mild soap, rinse away all residue and dry it completely before storage.

    Caring for Natural Copper

Copper naturally becomes darker and may develop a patina as it reacts with air and moisture. This colour change is not automatically a hygiene problem and does not mean the product is defective. Wash and dry it after every use. If you choose to brighten the finish, use a copper-safe cleaning method, rinse away every trace of cleaning product and dry thoroughly. Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals and abrasive tools that could damage the smooth surface.

    Honest Fresh-Breath Expectations

Mechanical tongue cleaning can reduce tongue coating and may improve oral malodour, but the effect can be temporary and results vary. A tongue scraper does not cure chronic bad breath, which can have several oral or non-oral causes. Persistent or unexplained bad breath, bleeding, pain, sores or unusual tongue changes require appropriate professional assessment.

    Care & Safety

    • Use light pressure only. Aggressive or repeated scraping can irritate or injure the tongue’s delicate surface.
    • Do not use over cuts, ulcers, active sores, bleeding areas, a recent tongue piercing or other injured oral tissue.
    • Do not share the scraper. It is a personal oral-care tool and must be washed after every use.
    • Do not use if you have a known copper or metal sensitivity, or if use causes an unexpected reaction.
    • Inspect the scraper regularly. Stop using it if the edge becomes rough, sharp, bent, cracked or develops residue that cannot be cleaned away.
    • Natural tarnishing is expected, but the scraper should always feel smooth, clean and free from loose surface material before use.
    • Keep out of reach of young children. Children should not use the scraper without appropriate close adult supervision.
    • This scraper complements brushing and interdental cleaning; it does not replace either part of a complete oral-care routine.

Pure copper, balanced two-hand control and a beautifully simple technique—an elegant finishing step for a cleaner-feeling tongue and refreshed daily routine. ✦

Use only as directed and stop if irritation or injury occurs. Individual breath-freshness results vary. This product is an oral-hygiene accessory and is not intended to diagnose, prevent or treat halitosis, infection or other health conditions.
