How to Use

1. Read the complete product guide and safety information before first use. Inspect the device, head, charging port and cable for damage.

2. Fully charge with the supplied USB-C cable and a compatible USB power source. Disconnect the cable before using the device on your body.

3. Make sure the treatment area is clean, unbroken and suitable for use. Insert a clean, dry filter pad into the centre of the suction head.

4. For a gliding ritual, apply a small amount of skin-compatible massage oil. Do not use undiluted essential oils or a product that irritates your skin.

5. Long-press the power button, select level 1 and allow the head to form gentle contact with a suitable fleshy body area.

6. Increase the intensity gradually only if comfortable. More suction is not automatically better and should never be painful.

7. When gliding, keep the device moving continuously. For stationary cupping, keep the first session brief and follow the supplied guide’s timing.

8. If using warmth, test it carefully and monitor your skin. Do not use heat on areas with reduced sensation or poor circulation.

9. Use the pressure-release function before removing the device. Switch it off immediately if you feel pain, burning, dizziness, numbness or strong discomfort.

10. After use, let the device cool, remove the filter and clean the contact head as directed below. Allow all cleaned surfaces to dry before storage.

Honest Cupping Expectations

Cupping creates suction against the skin and can leave temporary circular marks, redness or tenderness. The strength and duration of visible marks vary from person to person. Wait until the skin has returned to normal before using the device on the same area again.

This is an at-home personal-care accessory, not a medical treatment. Seruvia does not promise detoxification, weight loss, cellulite removal, healing, improved circulation, pain treatment or any specific physical result. A stronger setting or longer session does not guarantee a better outcome and may increase the chance of skin injury.

Cleaning, Care & Storage

• Switch off, disconnect from charging and allow the device to cool completely before cleaning.
• Remove the used filter pad after each session. Replace it whenever oily, damp, dirty, damaged or clogged.
• Wipe the contact head and body with a soft, slightly damp cloth; then dry immediately with a clean cloth.
• Do not submerge the device, use it in the bath or shower, or allow liquid to enter the controls, charging port or suction opening.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, harsh solvents or sharp tools on the head, body or control panel.
• Store fully dry in a cool, clean place away from direct sunlight, moisture and extreme heat.
• Keep the device for one person. Do not share a used filter or use the device on skin that is bleeding or broken.
• Do not charge or use a device with a damaged cable, cracked casing, unusual heat, swelling, leaking battery or burning smell.

Important Safety Guidance

• For adults only. Keep the device, cable and small filter pads away from children and pets.
• Do not use on the face, scalp, front or sides of the neck, throat, chest, spine, intimate areas, directly over joints or sharply bony areas.
• Do not use on broken, bleeding, infected, sunburnt, severely bruised, inflamed, irritated or numb skin, or over an active eczema or psoriasis flare.
• Avoid varicose veins, areas with poor circulation, recent tattoos, recent injections, recent surgery, unexplained lumps or an acute injury.
• Do not use while sleeping, drowsy, intoxicated or unable to monitor skin sensation and colour.
• Never forcefully pull off a suctioned device. Reduce or release pressure first.
• Stop immediately for pain, burning, blistering, dizziness, faintness, numbness, marked swelling or unusually dark or persistent discolouration.
• Seek medical advice if a reaction is severe, worsening, signs of infection develop or marks do not improve as expected.
