How HaloGlow Fits Your Routine

How to Use

1. Read the full directions and warnings supplied with your separately purchased whitening gel or serum before using HaloGlow.

2. Before first use, disconnect the device and rinse only the mouth-tray section with cool water. Keep the USB-C connector dry and allow the tray to air-dry.

3. Prepare your teeth and apply the compatible whitening product exactly as its instructions direct. Avoid placing excess gel against the gums.

4. With dry hands, connect HaloGlow to a compatible powered USB-C port. Confirm that the blue LEDs illuminate correctly.

5. Place the U-shaped tray gently into your mouth. Do not force the fit or bite down hard on the LED housing.

6. Use the device only for the contact time allowed by the whitening product. HaloGlow’s device guide shows a 10-minute session, but never extend the gel’s stated time.

7. Disconnect the USB-C plug to switch off the LEDs before removing the tray. Remove the whitening product and rinse your mouth as its directions require.

8. Rinse only the mouth-tray section with cool water, wipe it gently and allow it to air-dry completely. Do not immerse the cable or connector.

Honest Whitening Expectations

HaloGlow LED is the reusable light accessory; the compatible whitening gel or serum supplies the active whitening ingredients. The LED tray does not whiten teeth when used by itself, and a faster or greater shade change is not guaranteed. Whitening usually affects natural tooth structure differently from crowns, veneers, fillings and other restorations, which may not change shade.

Care & Safety

• Never use HaloGlow without a compatible whitening product or outside that product’s directions and warnings.
• Whitening products can cause temporary tooth sensitivity or gum irritation. Stop the session if you experience burning, pain or significant discomfort.
• Follow the whitening product’s age restrictions and contraindications. Do not use on active mouth sores or visibly irritated gums.
• Do not stare directly into the illuminated LEDs. Disconnect the USB-C plug before removing or cleaning the tray.
• Keep the cable and USB-C connector dry. Do not immerse the complete device or handle the connector with wet hands.
• Do not share the mouth tray. Clean it after every use and store it completely dry in a clean area.
• Do not use a damaged, cracked, loose or discoloured tray, cable or connector. Never bite down hard on the LED housing.
• Whitening does not produce identical results for every person, and crowns, veneers and fillings may not change colour.
